Is it possible to send stream to Wowza Cloud directly without going through Wowza Streaming Engine?

Absolutely you can push direct to Wowza Cloud via encoder other than Wowza Streaming Engine.
Here is a list of all articles with different encoders and sources you can connect to Wowza Cloud.
