Looking through Wowza Streaming Engine documentation I found a way to drastically reduce latency with HLS live streaming (https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-improve-playback-of-lower-latency-apple-hls-streams). I see that there’s a 7/8 seconds delay but I was wondering if the delay I see is the same other users distant from me will experience. If that is not the case, how could I achieve that? In my application it is crucial for me to know that all the users are watching the very same moment of the streamed content.
