Media Cache store for specific source

Execuse me, I have a question.
How can I set media cache source to using the specific store?

For example, we want to create two media cache store as below.

store1 /opt/store1
store2 /opt/store2

And then create two application as below.

app1 using store1
app2 using store2

But we can’t find the settings in application to set which store to use.

I think it is the other way around, the doc says

With Media Cache configured and enabled, you can use it in an application. Media Cache must use the VOD Edge application type.

I already refer the doc, the application only can choose media cache source.
I can’t find any seetings about choose media cache store.
