My ClearCaster is not booting up

Hi there,

I’m having issue of not able to boot up my ClearCaster and it went in straight to the Ubuntu ConFig screen. Pls kindly advise as we need to run our test event for our company’s launching soon.

My unit was the ClearCaster that can support 4k and I was one of the early birds that got the units after launching.

Pls kindly assist me on this.
