onAppStart after application restart

Hello!

I’d like to restore some settings after application restart in onAppStart function, but it seems, onAppStart event doesn’t call until something start publishing on this application.

Is there some way to autostart applications?

I found wse-plugin-loadandlockinstances, but it works only after server starts. I’m searching for a solution witch works after application restart. Is it exists?
