Publish failed. Unable to connect

i can’t create webrtc stream, i get the message:

1. Websocket connection failed: wgs://***061332.streamlock.net/webrtc-session.json
2. Publish failed. Unable to connect.
   please tell me where i am wrong, i am new to wowza
