I tried to get Quick Sync acceleration to work on an Intel Coffee Lake (Intel Core i9-9900K CPU @ 3.60GHz). That’s a CPU that supports Quick Sync and I was also able to successfully compile and run ffmpeg with qsv encoders.
However I couldn’t find a way to make it work with the Wowza Streaming Engine because the native libraries shipped with it require libva.so.1 and with every combination of Ubuntu 20.4 with the shipped Intel libs or self-compiled libs according to your docs I get another library version libva.so.2.
So, are there any plans to update Wowza native libs to work with a more up to date version of the Intel Media SDL or is there another way I can make this work?
