As per blogs of Wowza,there are 2 contradictory statementes given of RTSP,
RTSP is an application-layer protocol used for commanding streaming media servers via pause and play capabilities ( https://www.wowza.com/blog/rtsp-the-real-time-streaming-protocol-explained)
whereas in this blog is is stating that it is a presentation layer protocol (https://www.wowza.com/blog/streaming-protocols#rtsp)
Please clarify it works on which layer ?
