.sdp file not found on Wowza

I have configured Wowza 3.5.2 on a Windows Server 2K8 R2. I am trying to configure the following workflow:

Cisco Telepresence content server --> RTMP (H.264) Unicast --> Wowza media server --> RTSP (H.264) Multicast --> Windows/MAC (Quicktime plugin).

I have added and configured the Multicast Publish Add on to our Wowza server. I also added the MIME type .sdp to my HTTP server. And I have configured my TCS to integrate with Wowza per the following guide:

My issue is when I start the live recording, I do NOT see the .sdp file that needs to be copied over to HTTP root. The file should be created in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Wowza Media Systems\Wowza Media Server 3.5.2\applications\live\sdp

Any suggestions or recommendations welcome.
