I tried connecting stream on trial server and paid server
With trial version: I created 1 stream file with rtsp as ip camera. Then I connect to the stream, and the stream status is active. Next I turned off the ip camera, a few hours later when I turned it back on, it automatically activated again
With the paid version: I created a stream file with rtsp as ip camera. Then I connect to the stream, and the stream status is active. Next I turned off the ip camera, a few hours later I turned it back on, it was not active, it was in the waiting state, even though I reefresh it still waiting state, I checked rtsp, the rtsp link is still playing normally.
The configuration of the 2 servers is the same
Can I assume these are the same versions of Streaming Engine? Please confirm which version. Thanks.
Trial is version 4.8.13+1
Paid server is version 4.8.14+9
Ok thanks. There have been some issues with the rtsp streams in 4.8.14 (paid) based on the beamr encoding and your server hardware. Technical support would like to review your config and logs in a support ticket to identify the issue.
