I am publishing two streams on my application with the same stream name on different instances, Wowza version 4.8.5.05.
I am publishing
rtmp://myserver/myapp/streaming
rtmp://myserver/myapp/alternate/streaming
If I create an RTMP stream target with “streaming” as source stream name I cannot select the source instance,
I assumed the default instance was always used but in reality the stream target appears to get confused and periodically fails to connect.
Is there a way to specify the source instance in an RTMP stream target or at least to make the stream work reliably when the same stream name is published on more stream instances?
