Streamlock with EC2 License Key

I have Wowza Streaming Engine 4.8.0 running on EC2 and I am trying to apply for a Streamlock Certificate. I got my license key from the Server.license file in [install-dir]/conf but when I enter it in the Streamlock tab I get the following error:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi David - When did you get your license key? Are you using the same account you used to obtain that key? If your key is greater than 24 hours old, please send an email to Customer Service. They will be able to dig into your account and see what is going on.

I got my key about a month ago, via the Amazon Market Place. I have sent an email to customer service. Thanks
