Hi,

I’m currently working on the custom transcoder. Everything is setup correctly but when i try to start the transcoder, it throws this message: “Unable to start transcoder at this time. Please try again.”

Is this a limitation in the Wowza Server in my account? If so, could you please lift the limit?

Is this the same issue that was reported due to the watermark not being set correctly through the API? It looks like you received help on Saturday from tech support.
