i get this warning message if someone can help find the cause if this.

Hello @mohammed_bouazza there could be a few reasons for that error, but we’d need to review your SMIL file, DVR and Cupertino settings in a support ticket. It’s impossible to troubleshoot this based on the error message unfortunately and we’d need to look more closely why the stream can’t be found.

Some of these error messages have more than one cause. If you send a ticket, we can test and accurately correct it with you.
