why am I not able to see the bitrate options on the hosted player? Is it a subscription issue? I know that a few months ago when I created a new application the hosted player had options to select the bitrate. Now all of a sudden those options are not available. Would it have anything to do with the way I’ve set the application up? I’ve enabled all transcodes with no luck. All bitrates in the transcodes have green ticks after I start sending the stream from my encoder.
Any help would be appreciated.
