Did you check your spam email? Sometimes it goes there @Malcolm Allen. In the meantime, I am asking the billing team to resend you the welcome email where it lists your keys for Engine or Cloud and also for Wowza Player. If you have any issues logging into the Player page, please do let me know. Thank you.
Also, did you try the same login info for your Engine or Cloud account? That is what you enter on the page above. Then once you are logged into Player, you can see your Player key in there.
