Wowza has made some exciting updates to the Customer Portal:
- The Downloads Tab has been updated and allows easier access to prior versions of WSE
- Customer can now update and mange the ticket from the Support Tab (this was a frequent request)
- We’ve made submitting a cancelation easier, that can be accessed via the Products Tab
You access the Customer Portal when you login to your account on the wowza.com website.
