wowza engine for video platform?

Hi.

I’m developing an e-learning platform and wanna know if i can use Wowza Streaming Engine to create a video platform or an app for hosting videos which my users will upload in my page. These videos are on demand and they must be embedded in my e-learning page for students.

Is it possible with help of Wowza Engine or any product of Wowza?. If so, where can i find that documentation?
