Wowza module plugin collection and Class name

Hello, Recently I downloaded the old module collection from Wowza website because i needed the ModuleEncryptionHandlerCupertinoStreaming module. I used this page:

How can i specify the class in the Application file? will this work?

ModuleEncryptionHandlerCupertinoStreaming ModuleEncryptionHandlerCupertinoStreaming
