Wowza player is not defined using javascript API?

I have added the sample javascript code but chrome throwing error, that wowza-player js not found.

Try using like this

http://player.wowza.com/player/latest/wowzaplayer.min.js

Instead of that

//player.wowza.com/player/latest/wowzaplayer.min.js
