how to configure live video streaming android mobile to wowza media server ?

Hi Ever one,

I installed and configure wowza media server for live video streaming but i can’t do live video streaming in wowza server.And i need to live video streaming android mobile to wowza server. Please please can you tel me how to configure mobile video streaming to server step by step.

And which IP Address i give in “BIND IP ADDRESS & CONNECTION IP ADDRESS & ORIGIN IP ADDRESS”

All ideas are welcome.Please help me am eagerly wait for solution…

Make sure you are using Wowza 2.2.4.01 or higher (current is 2.2.4.02).

Follow the appropriate live tutorial for what you are doing:

Please stop asking this question over and over again in different forums. The answer is the same. You must find an H.264/AAC encoder for your mobile device.

Sorry, I misread. Wowza doesn’t have a solution for this. Take a look at qik.com

That is referring to RTSP out from Wowza. You are looking for output from the device, into Wowza. You have to do that on the phone somehow. There is nothing Wowza can do to help with that. If you can publish a stream from the device in the right format, Wowza can handle that input.

Check the Quick Start Guide under “Supported Media” to see what types of streams you can send to Wowza.

As Richard said, Wowza software does not run on mobile devices, so Wowza cannot help you create a stream on your mobile device.
