Default Network name no longer available

    Hello,
We are seeing a number of issues with our Wowza environment. Our Network team says that there is not an issue, however, the logs are showing many of the following. Can you help me diagnose what we are seeing here?

DirectRandomAccessReader.read: java.io.IOException: The specified network name is no longer available

I am only seeing this message in the error log on 2 of my 4 servers.

    Thanks.

Can you provide more context and detail? What kind of application? Are you using MediaCache?

I am not sure if we are using mediacache. where would I look?

I recently took over support of this system. These 2 servers showing the errors are vmware servers that were cloned from one of the other nodes and added to the load balancer pool to help accommodate user load. They serve MP3, MP4 and FLV files for students using our learning systems.

    I hope that helps.

Zip up and send the Wowza conf and logs folders.

Include a link to this thread for reference.
