Thread: Setting up Wowza for iOS support.

Default Setting up Wowza for iOS support.

I've got a pretty simple VOD application which I've set up for iOS support by adding the proper packetizers and HTTP streamers. Unfortunately, I can't seem to stream out a simple test stream. I keep seeing the following in my logs:

    WARN server comment 2011-11-17 15:45:48 HTTPStreamerAdapterCupertinoStreamer.getAppInstance: Stream not found [vod/BigBuckBunny_640x360.m4v/playlist.m3u8]: BigBuckBunny_640x360.m4v

Evidently, it's not finding my video, which is at the root of my StreamDir. I downloaded the iOS-compatible Big Buck Bunny stream from here onto my server and am trying to serve it out, but unfortunately, I haven't been successful yet. Can anyone think of things to try here?

What is the Application.xml /StorageDir? Show the whole Application.xml.

And where exactly is the file located?

Make LiveStreamPacketizers empty for vod application. Change this:

    <LiveStreamPacketizers>cupertinostreamingpacketizer, smoothstreamingpacketizer, sanjosestreamingpacketizer</LiveStreamPacketizers>
    To This:

    <LiveStreamPacketizers></LiveStreamPacketizers>
