I've recently worked with sanjose streaming, and used wireshark to see that player starts working with Wowza with one TCP connection.
After some time the TCP connection is dropped just after some chunk is downloaded (so it seems to be not socket timeout issue).
So player creates another TCP connection.
Do you have such connection dropping functionality in Wowza?
Do you have some properties to configure that to for example never drop TCP connection with many HTTP chunk requests?
