    Default live stream MPEG-TS

I have successfully fowllowed the great instructions on encoding a live stream with vlc and then sending it to wowza and then using stream manger to publsih the stream. My question is how do I push another live stream to wowza? Can you have more then one stream directed towards it? The directions had you creat a mpegts.stream file but what do you use for another stream? And if by chance is there a stream transcoding limitation on VLC?

    Thanks for any help

Yes, just create mpegts2.stream, etc. or whatever name you choose. These files must have a .stream extension, but otherwise naming is your choice. You can have as many as you need.

I don't know the limitations of VLC

They must have at least different ports.

    For example:
    udp://0.0.0.0:10000
    udp://0.0.0.0:10002

    or:

    rstp://192.168.0.5:10000
    rstp://192.168.0.6:10002

Unless you turn on port sharing
