Default Silverlight smoothstream Screen is wider than Cupertino or sanjose

After upgrading to Wowza 3 server, when I play the same live stream on the three devices I get strange effect in Silverlight player. Unlike Flash or iPad what I get in silverlight stream is wide screen that is crunched down. What is causing this effect? I'm running the smooth stream on Wowza's supplied silverlignt client example, and our own developed silverlight player.

What encoder and settings are you using?

I don't have one of those to test. Do you get same with FMLE or VLC?

What is the other Silverlight player you are using? Expression 4 template? And it is same frame sizing as Wowza example? hm.

    Richard,

Thank you for the quick replies. I'm using both the Wowza supplied template in the examples and our own developed Silverlight player I get the same effect. Picture was correct on all players before upgrade. Now only Silverlight shows the distortion. Since everything else is fine it should mean the Wowza SmoothStream to the player is distorted. Yes, it plays fine in VLC. I can give you access to the stream directly to your Email box but on here.

I was asking if you see the same problem using an encoder I can test with. I will see if I see any inconsistency between Flash and Silverlight examples with what I have.
