Default Local Wowza 3 server to replace Amazon

    Good afternoon,

Wowza newbie - not sure if I have the correct forum but here goes.

We currently use a wowza instance on Amazon and would like to bring it in house. I have Wowza Server 3 installed on a CentOS 5.5 64bit box and can record and playback from my interface.

The issue I have is saving the file back, just sits and spins.

Since I just used the basic wowza instance for Amazon is there a way to "copy" that instance to a local server so the behavior will be exactly the same?

Thanks in advance for any guidance here.
    Scott

    Scott,

Not sure what you mean: "saving the file back, just sits and spins". What spins?

As it turns out I have learned that the instance we are using has some additional software installed and the configuration has been tweaked. Thanks but it looks like I will have to either pay the programmer that set up this instance to pull it to a local server or dig through the instance to find the differences.
