Default Help required in interpreting nDVR Log entry

I been testing my server and over the weekend there where I had a number of issues. I am suspecting it might have been caused by some network issues. I was looking at the logs and found the following.

2012-03-04 06:12:40 SGT comment server WARN 200 - DvrStreamStoreBase.storeChunks[dvr/_definst_/103_2012-03_04-06-00_2/103_2012-03_04-06-00_2.0] : VideoDuration=0 is not positive. Can someone explain these log entry and the main reasons for its cause. Thank you.

The most likely scenarios are that the incoming stream is mis-behaving. For example, the audio and video are out of alignment or packets are being dropped.
The DVR recording process tries to account for these anomalies and toss our chunks, etc.
