Is it possible to retrieve src (I mean e.g. "mp4:Extremists.m4v") and time moment of currently played video on certain stream on the server-side?

Again, I don't think there is. If the client is Flash RTMP that you control, you could have the player tell Wowza where it is in playback at any time with NetConnection.call

When it comes to currently played video's src - it is available under PlaylistItem.getName() - a bit confusing, but it works

I didn't realize you were talking about Stream class streams. I still don't think it is possible, but the question is a little difference: at what point is a live Stream class stream in playing out a file source? I think answer is same tho: there isn't a way to get that info.
