Default Find out delay between startRecording call and first key frame

    Hello,

We are using the recorder module to record our live flv streams. When we call startRecording(stream, ...) we generate a timestamp. However in our case it can take up to 4 seconds before the first key frame arrives, which results in our timestamp being off by up to 4 seconds, which is causing problems later on when we want to manipulate the recorded files.

Is there a way where we can figure out this delta between the call to starRecording(...) at t0 and the first keyframe written to disc at t1?

    Greets,
    Erwin

    Hi Erwin,

you can use FLVUtils package to read flv files and find the first keyframe. The delta is described as timecode property of each video package.
