    Default Detecting source streaming stop

    Hi

I Have been using IMediaStreamActionNotify2 to push from Wowza (DVR) to a CDN, an incoming stream from our camera system to our Wowza.

as on the example the Onpublish Event triggers and we use that function to connect to the CDN.

Now i am wondering how can i detect in Wowza when my streaming source (cameras) are stopped. And then stop the CDN communiction, Is there any event i can capture? ( i had tried on pause on stop ondestroy... but they seemed to be used for users actions not from source behaviour) so probably i should use another class

    Thanks

    Thanks Richard

So I guess public void onUnPublish is triggered when source is stopped (the action i was looking for is this one), whereas OnDestroy is triggered if you delete the stream (for example through the streammanager) right?

It is very helpful at this stage to run Wowza in stand-alone (/bin/startup.bat) mode instead of the service, so you can see log output in the console. That way you can easily test these scenarios and see immediately what the result is, then build around those findings.
