Default h.264/speex -> h.264/aac transcoding: could it covered by audio-only license?

    Hi!

I have some h.264/speex streams from flash, I'd like the transcode the audio stream to aac for iOS delivery.
I understand it is possible, but is it covered by the audio-only transcoder license? There is no processing on the video stream, so it seems logical for me, but when I read the license page carefully, it mentioned "audio-only" streams, not "audio-only" processing.

So if I configure a transcoder as video: passthru audio: aac, will I be charged full or audio-only license fees?

    Robert,

No, I don't think that's how it works. The output has to be audio only.

Actually the audio only Transcoder licensing can include video output as long as it is not transcoded, i.e., using PassThru for the video track.
