    Default Somebody succeeds to stream with ndvr and IOs 5.1.x ?

    Hi,

    I succeeded to stream live & dvr with osmf player. However I cannot stream to Ios device (I have only a single frame) ? Maybe it comes from my applicationContext ? I have no error in the log. I have the latest version 3.1.1.

    That my client code side for ios :
    <embed width="320" height="240"
                 src="http://192.168.31.146:1935/oflaDemo/smil:red5StreamDemo.smil/playlist.m3u8?DVR"
                 type="application/vnd.apple.mpegurl" postdomevents="true" id="movie1" />

    <!--<video src="http://192.168.31.146:1935/oflaDemo/smil:red5StreamDemo.smil/playlist.m3u8?DVR" controls>-->
    And my Context.xml :
    <Root>

    Yes, it should work.

    Your Context.xml should be named Application.xml and reside in [Wowza]/conf/[app name].

    Could that be the only problem?

    If not, please follow the steps in the nDVR tutorial troubleshooting section.

    For iOS (cupertino) streaming, change the StreamType to "live" and start the stream in StreamManager.

    On the client-side, use HTML5 /video tag instead of Embed tag.

    <html>
    <head>
      <title>cupertinostreaming</title>
    </head>

    <body>
    <video controls src="http://[wowza-address]:1935/vod/sample.mp4/playlist.m3u8">
    </video>

    </body>
    </html>

    Are you doing nDVR or Smooth streaming? If not, you can remove those packetizers from LiveStreamPacketizers.

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for your reply, I think the problem was with fmle and the mp3 encoding. Should be 44khz for iOS...

    Works better with that.
