Default HLS tc files change to aac files

i'm work at CDN Management team in a member of Wowza Monthly Licensed company.
Recently, I have a problem with HLS
Server is started with stream-manager , and then HLS ts files in playlist.m3u8 change to acc files in about 6~8 hours
(even though we're setting cupertinoCreateAudioOnlyRendition is false and don't have any external plug-in)
this aac files contain only Audio. or sometimes it's with noisy Video

    below is our's Application.xml configuration.
<!-- LiveStreamPacketizers (separate with commas): cupertinostreamingpacketizer, smoothstreamingpacketizer, sanjosestreamingpacketizer, cupertinostreamingrepeater, smoothstreamingrepeater, sanjosestreamingrepeater -->
<!-- DVRPacketizers (separate with commas): dvrpacketizer -->
<!-- Properties defined here will override any properties defined in conf/Streams.xml for any streams types loaded by this application -->

    This is m3u8 sample
    [Normal Playlist.m3u8 ]
    [The abnormal Playlist.m3u8]

Changing playlist *.ts contents is very important to CDN integration. We need this help with this property too. Is there any way to change after ts string? Or wipe it out? And urls to chunks became like only chunk001.ts ?

    Thank you.

Take a look at this article:

This should prevent Wowza from producing .aac chunks in this case, which probably means the video dropped out somehow.
