Question Help, Live Streaming HQ Encoder FME3.2

I have a query, I have not seen clear the case.

I'm doing a broadcast in HQ, rather compressed. quality goes well, but I have small cuts as a sort of paused. therefore the transmission is delayed.

ie every time it is prolonged over time. at each pause he does adds up.

still be a problem of parameter?. their current data are:

    VIDEO
    H.264 >> profile:main, frames:3.0, keyframe:5
    Imput: 1920x1080
    Bit Rate: 320
    Zise Output: 640x360

    AUDIO
    mp3, 44100 Hz, 128 kbps

This might be caused by limited bandwidth uplink for the encoder. Try reducing the stream's bitrate.

    I have reduced the maximum.

    VIDEO
    H.264 >> profile:Baseline, frames:2.2, keyframe:5
    Imput: 1920x1080
    Bit Rate: 220
    Frame Rate: 20 fps
    Zise Output: 640x360

now the problem is compatibility with mobiles. I have no audio on Android.

    may be happening?

what are the parameters to run well on Android and Blackberry

    I tried to say. bitrate: 64 to 250, frames 15 to 24 details http://www.wowza.com/forums/content.php?62

MP3 is not supported by the 3GP specification which is what the Android system uses. You'll want to use AAC or transcode to AAC.
