Post Listening transmission Wowza Media with JW Player 5 in an HTML page

I have doubts about the use of the JW Player 5 on my website.
Use the Wowza server a short time ago. I need a help to transmit live audio player and put a JW Player into an HTML page. I can pass on my localhost and also hear the broadcast by the example of Wowza. The following data transmission:

Using Flash Media Live Encoder 3.2 to stream.
    FMS URL: rtmp :/ / localhost: 1935/live
    Stream: MyStream

To hear the broadcast successfully use the example of Wowza which is in folder ".. \ examples \ LiveVideoStreaming \ client \ live.swf"
    Server: rtmp :/ / localhost / live
    Stream: MyStream

I need the correct configuration to use the JW Player. In the Wowza forum here any example worked for me.

    Thank you friends.

The JW Player's HTML5 fallback for iOS devices config only works for ondemand videos? or can I use for live events?

rtsp is what we recommend for Android. Some devices can run Flash and do rtmp and Flash HTTP (sanjose) but reports are mixed and version/feature support matrix is complicated.
