Take a look at ModuleMediaCasterStreamMonitorAdvanced, which will monitor and reset streams:

Is it possible that some problem occurred in network or interface that the multicast stream is being published to? I think that must be the problem, if there is nothing in the logs and HLS stream continues, but resetting in StreamManager fixes the problem.

I have 4 the same servers with WowzaMediaServer
Each one streams 28 diferent streams, and there are the same problem
    Also i have test:
I start to stream 2 multicast streams by VLC on the same server where is my first wowza
and multicast from VLC working without issue
So i don think that it is problem with network or server

    From the top:
if i will reset stream in streammanager, multicast starting to work good
Are sure ModuleMediaCasterStreamMonitorAdvanced is enable correctly? Do you see any log output?

You have 28 incoming streams. Do all 28 multicast renditions start to fail at the same time, or just some, or just the last one(s)? Is there any pattern? I.e., could it be load related?

"Are sure ModuleMediaCasterStreamMonitorAdvanced is enable correctly? Do you see any log output?"
I think so, because when i start wowza in debug mode (./startup.sh), i dont see any errors

What shel i see in logs?

"I.e., could it be load related?" in my previosly issue with multicast i have use 55 incoming streams on wowza, you sayd that it is so much streams. So now i am using 28 streams on wowza. How much incoming streams will be good for wowza 1, 2, or 3 ?

"How much incoming streams will be good for wowza 1, 2, or 3 ?"

There is no practical limit imposed by Wowza. It depends on your hardware.

You'll need to do some systematic troubleshooting to identify what is unique about the problem streams. If you think this is a Wowza bug and provide steps to reproduce, please do so.

Otherwise you'll need to do some analysis or, possibly hire some help. Your setup is rather large, and it may require some help/troubleshooting at your location.

Investigate for any clues in the Wowza logs. You should see some log message, or a missing log message regarding the problem streams. Try to isolate some difference between the working ones and the non working ones. If you set up the Advanced stream monitor correctly, it will reset the stream like you have done in the StreamManager.

Instead of having 28 streams, test with just 1 stream. Does the problem occur? What about 2 streams?
