Default How to use IOPerformanceCounter ?

    Hi,
Due to Log4j lost DB connection problem, I am trying to implement the logging feature.

By add a new module, in onStreamDestroy method, I want to use stream.getMediaIOPerformanceCounter().getMessagesOutBytes() to get all the bytes to deliver the streams from server to client.

Is this the correct way? Is the result in byte or bit? For example I got the result: 2312326, is this 2312326 bytes or 2312326 bits?

What are getMessagesOutCountRate() and getMessagesOutBytesRate() for?

    Thank.

    Best,
    Gavin

    Hi
The result 2312326 is in bytes

You can look up all functions for Wowza in the "WowzaMediaServer_ServerSideAPI" that ships with Wowza.

    It can be found here,
    [Wowza-Install]\documentation

I think onStreamDestroy might be too late to get stats that way. If so you can use IMediaStreamActionNotify3.onStop
