Default Startup Failes with unable to access Wowza page

I have a RHEL 6.3 server installed Wowza software and had received a license file. When I go to start the server I get:

The Wowza Media Systems Software licensing system was not able to
connect to the licensing server to validate your license. Please validate
that your machine is able to send HTTP data over TCP port 80 to the Internet.
If this problem persists, please visit

cense. Please validate that your machine is able to send HTTP data over TCP port 80 to the Internet. If this problem persists, please visit

    ERROR server comment - system.exit[2]

    I issue the ping test:

    ping wowzalicense1.wowzamedia.com
    PING wowzalicense1.wowzamedia.com (198.65.139.249) 56(84) bytes of data.
    64 bytes from 198.65.139.249: icmp_seq=1 ttl=49 time=63.7 ms
    64 bytes from 198.65.139.249: icmp_seq=2 ttl=49 time=61.7 ms

As you can see I can ping wowza but I need to get my server the access. Can anyone help with that?
    Thanks

That did help but I still get can't communicate to wowza license server. Is there any other way to validate your license key if server can't get out?

Let me ask this, every time the App start will it have to verify the license file? Or once it verifies it doesn't anymore?

Wowza checks the subscription server periodically. I'm not sure what the frequency but nothing to do with applications starting as far as I know

You say that did help but apparently still not working. How did it help?

It worked by at least trying to send out of our proxy but I'm getting denied by our firewall. Thanks for the help.
