    Default Proxy headache[URGENT]

    Hi there,
    we have a perpetual license and every time wowza starts it fails because it cannot find the license server. To remedy this we have added in proxy details and verified that these are functional and allow internet access.
    However, we are still having issues.

    To process test this we wanted to generate a six day license to that it would allow us to at least verify that there was no ssue with the install (although the logs are still saying that the license server is unavailable)

    however, when attempting to enter our serial in the generator it told us that this is not a valid subscription number. which is fine.. but how can we generate a temporary license key to test this ? and also more importantly do you have any suggestions for why we might be getting a liocense server not available when we can ping it from that machine using proxy credentials

    Well it may be better if you open a ticket.
    Richard suggested it being the best way to proceed if you haven't opened one already that is.
