This could be a tuning issue, you may have run out of memory.
    See the tuning guide here,

    What encoder are you using?

It is not performance tunning issue for sure. We are already following tune-up document from day one and monitoring java heap which is all time low.

We have serious doubt that Wowza is unable to handle corrupt data that might be coming in source stream or may be it is bug, however we do not see anyway to diagnose issue but would be more interested to see it resolved.

Specific streams where we are seeing issue is coming from DVEO encoders which are pushing streams via RTMP over network that has less than 10ms latency. This streams are encoded with high profile @ 800kbps.

Also to add here, we are NOT seeing out of memory issues, we are monitoring Java heap all the time.

Sorry to bump but do we see any solution for reported issue?

Can you post your VHost.xml and so that we can check for anything which may be causing this issue.
Does this issue happen on a regular basis for example ever 2 hours or every day at the same time?

Have you tried changing the encoding profiles so that Wowza receives the stream in a different bitrate and (baseline) rather than (high) for example.
How many channels are coming off the encoder that you're using?

Have you increased the number of channels coming off the encoder recently?
Were you using the encoder you are using now before this issue started?

Is there an outOfMemory error also, as in this sequence:
