Default Unable to stream multiple streams

How do I stream multiple streams?
    Method 1:
    http://[wowza server]/live/ngrp:myStream_all/manifest.f4m?DVR
    http://[wowza server]/live/ngrp:myStream2_all/manifest.f4m?DVR

I can't seem to get this to work. Only one stream plays back. Each stream is coming from a different encoder and each stream plays back fine when I broadcast an encoder individually. But when I attempt to broadcast two encoders simultaneously only one works.

    Method 2:
    http://[wowza server]/live/ngrp:myStream_all/manifest.f4m?DVR
    http://[wowza server]/live2/ngrp:myStream2_all/manifest.f4m?DVR

With either method, only one stream is playable. I've created different transrate.xml thinking that each stream has to have it's own template; so in the transcoder/templates directory there's a myStream.xml and a myStream2.xml template.

Is there any clue in the access of error log? Run Wowza in stand-alone (/bin/startup.bat) mode so you can see log output in the console. Start one of the streams, then start the 2nd one while looking at the log output.

Also, one template can be used for many streams. You don't need myStream.xml and myStream2.xml, but it's not wrong to do it that way either

I believe the issue was with the developer license, it only support one input stream. I'm streaming fine now. Thanks!
