Default flex client Video streaming one to many, one to few

hi i am developing an application which will be able to stream videos live and should be one to one or many.

i need to develop a flex client1(Agent) which needs to connect to wowza server and keep listening/waiting.
once the client2(Customer1) connect to the client1(Agent) then client1 should be notified with the message saying "Customer1 wants to connect yes/no" on click of
button Yes Customer1 should be able to connect and Video chat with him.In the same way as many as can connect to client1(Agent) and chat video live.

    please help me here

You can use the Wowza VideoChat example as a starting place. It doesn't do any of those things, however. It's just a very simple, essential video chat application. You will have to develop those features.

    [wowza-install-dir]/examples/VideoChat/clientFlex

There is no server-side module with that example, it's that simple. There is a little more involved in this Flex version
