Default Expand Video Buffer with RTMP protocol to prevent internet outages

    Hi,

I use, Wowza media server for years to view our videos with RTMP protocol ( with programming in Flash Actionscript 2 ) and I have a problem or question :

Using RTMP. I can make the video to load also in cache temporary files, on the computer of the client, to prevent network outages and continue watching the video ?
On the other hand, indicate that I need to use the Wowza Media Server to allow users to move forward or backward in the video, no need for it to fully charge.

I would appreciate any help, since I'm a little lost & Excuse ! my low English

There is not a way to load files in temporary files client-side with RTMP. You can use progressive download to accomplish that, using a web server.
