Default media reader timecode change on fly

Can it be done to change timecodes on fly for files in content?

No, Wowza has no transcoding features for static files

Glad to know. I think there is a way to get access to packet from classes in mediareader.xml. And can it be possible to change timecodes just there without transcoding?

I don't think this is possible.
