Default live rtsp stream to iOS

I have Quicktime Broadcaster feeding an rstp stream to wowza and have had no trouble getting playback through the flash flow player. What I really need it to do is stream to iOS devices. I've tried:

    http://wowzaserver:1935/live/videost.../playlist.m3u8

    and

    rtsp://wowzaserver:1935/live/videostream.sdp/playlist.m3u8

    But get these errors:

WARN server comment videostream.sdp MediaReaderH264.open[1]: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /Library/WowzaMediaServer/content/videostream.sdp (No such file or directory)
    ERROR server comment - MediaReaderH264Cupertino.indexFile:java.lang.NullPointerException

It sounds like you need to add the "cupertinostreamingpacketizer" to the Streams -> LiveStreamPacketizers item in your live/Application.xml file, as follows:
    <LiveStreamPacketizers>cupertinostreamingpacketizer</LiveStreamPacketizers>
Do that, restart Wowza, restart your stream, and you should be good to go.

I notice that code isn't in the default Application.xml file, nor is it listed at the tutorial you likely followed either:

I will leave a comment there, hopefully they can correct that.

Also, you probably have the /conf/[app-name]/Application.xml /StreamType set to "default" instead of "live". Or you have that file in the wrong place, under the /applications/[app-name] perhaps

That did the trick. THANK YOU! I had been looking everywhere for the solution.

    Glad it worked for you.

Richard: can you update the QuickTime Broadcaster tutorial to include the LiveStreamPacketizers step?
