    Default linux 64 but Transcoder not Avalible

    HI ! I have SUSE10 srver with uname -a is :
    Linux Transcoder002 2.6.16.60-0.54.5-smp #1 SMP Fri Sep 4 01:28:03 UTC 2009 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

    But Wowza wrote that :

    INFO server comment - Maximum Connections: Unlimited
    INFO server comment - Transcoder Streams Available: Transcoder Not Available (linux-32)
    INFO server comment - nDVR Available: Yes
    INFO server comment - DRM Available: Yes

    Why ?

    Hi,

    Can you check if the Java version that you are running on that server is a 32-bit or 64-bit?

    yes you are rights java 32 bit. try to install 64 bit.

    Can you zip your "conf" and "logs" folders and send them to support@wowza.com?
    I guess that more info is available in the log and configuration files.
