    Question m3u8 without #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION

I've configured the application.xml follow the post:
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content.php?81
    http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....ming)#comments

But the client still delays 50 seconds, and my m3u8 file with no "#EXT-X-TARGETDURATION" property,it is like this:

    #EXTM3U
    #EXT-X-VERSION:3
    #EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=464629,CODECS="avc1.66.30",RESOLUTION=640x480
    chunklist.m3u8?wowzasessionid=674712592

The streaming is from an IP camera. The client is an iOS device.
How can I do to make the iOS device can play the stream with no latency ?
    Anybody can help me ?
    Thanks advance!

It's just not possible with cupertino streaming to iOS devices.
