Richard, That didn't do it unfortunately. Thanks.
ps- Anyone else who comes along. I'm testing this locally on my mac and on an fresh Ubuntu 11.10 install on Linode. I can't seem to locate the sample.mp4 file on either server that's running. So, I suspect I'm clearing missing a minor albeit critical step.
Make sure the stream is running, use FlashRTMPPlayer in the /examples folder where Wowza is installed
I can run this example fine. I'm stumped.
This is what I am using:
For whatever reason, the example connects to Wowza (locally), but the js code won't run and connect via RTMP. No clue why. I'm including all the js files I need. Plugins are installed correctly. Just doesn't work.
This didn't work initially because I mixed the file versions between the swf, rtmp and flowplayer.js. Thanks for the help.
Great! Thanks for the update
