Question How to disable auto extension, WOWZA 2.2.4

    Hello.
I'm using mp4 files without extension. And when i'm trying to play a video from this link, i can't. In console i see that wowza add the .mp4 extension to this request. I want disable auto adding extension.
    I found this article: http://www.wowza.com/forums/content....out-extensions
But... i haven't this file - MediaCache.xml. Should i search in another place or create this file manualy? What syntaxis of this file shall be in this way?

    Wowza 2.2.4 on EC2 instance.

Is there a version.txt file in the MediaCache package? If not, it is probably older than build 989. You can re-download the package and replace the .jar file and /conf/MediaCache.xml (you will have to remake any changes in this new file)

    Question

I think, it's not a Wowza problem. I tried stream file from local folder (via vod) and it was played without extension.
But when i'm tried to play from Amazon s3 - i see .mp4 extension and 'stream not found' message. Maybe it's a problem of wms-plugin-amazonaws.jar in place where it generates links?

Is there a version.txt file in the MediaCache package you downloaded? if so, what is at the top? If not, it is old, re-download it to get the newest one.
